This PR fixes

openssl structure changes
adds https://github.com/RustCrypto/hashes and adds tests for sha256 hashes
removes https://github.com/DaGenix/rust-crypto/ because it is unmaintained

This is too much stuff for a single PR. Please split it up as I indicated in my other comments. Also please rewrite (all) the commit messages as I indicated above.
