The way MixSIAR handle the data? #342

Hi Brian and all,

I’d like to ask how the MixSIAR handles the tracers? I can see in one of the examples, there are 22 tracers used to derive the percentage contribution, but not entirely sure if MixSIAR uses all 22 tracers in one go, OR it uses every tracer pair to derive the result?

The reason I am asking is the iso plot only plots a pair of tracer rather than an NMDS plot, that’s why it concerns me.

Please advise. Thanks!!
