Total run time ignores pauses in some GPS files #14

If TCX file does not include multiple TotalTimeSeconds elements, the total run time element includes all running time plus all time the device was paused.

Use gpxpy to calculate haversine distance between two lat/long points. Ignore time if distance is less than ~1 meter per second.
