There is one row per game (not one row per turn, state update, etc.) This is like "daily bars" data.
There seem to be three categories of columns
a. Metadata about the game/user
b. Data about the deck/sideboard structure
c. Data about what happened on turns 1 through 30 (not sure if this is a fixed max turns across the board)
Ideas:
Unpack into several rows per game with columns like player (user/oppo), turn_no (1, 2, ...), other state attributes
Need to look at a couple rows of replay data and figure out how to hold it in memory / re-write to disk in efficient manner.
