Implement Trading Strategy Class #31

This is the trading algo for the bot that takes in the TD Ameritrade API object. The following should be handled by this class:

Option for paper trading, which will record the trades/results in a spreadsheet
Option for backtesting
Option for live trading

The main bot should be able to handle the following:

Start trading
Stop trading, which will flatten positions
Timeframes to trade
Position sizing
Criteria for buying or selling based on studies (entry, exit and stop)
Eventually handle economic reporting events
Store trades in a database, which eventually will be monitored for changes that will send updates to the UI via websocket.
