Closes #777

Updates the Leanback (TV) controls to be more visually consistent with the mobile controls and the Google TV ecosystem
Updated the Mobile controls to have the Next & Previous buttons underneath the SeekBar
Misc. minor improvements to the TV and Mobile controls
