Hi Brian
Thanks a lot for the fast response.
I‘ve tested it and I’ve noticed two issues:
The first time I make a selection, the hover box on the deactivated areas does not appear anymore.
Then I remove my previous selection and make another one. Now the hoverbox on the deactivated areas is back again.
Perhaps this works as designed and I don’t understand it yet:
I make a selection, the deactivated areas are greyed. When I press F5 the previously greyed deactivated areas are white now.
(the areas which were white before stay white, only the areas which had values in the previous selection are suddenly greyed, then after pressing F5 they are white as well)
Thanks a lot for your efforts. SVGReader is a great QlikView Extension !
Freundliche Grüsse / Meilleures salutations

Thanks. I can't recreate issue #1. What I do is start with everything unselected, then select a region. No pop up on grey areas, so that's fine. Then I clear selections and chosoe a different region. Still seems fine to me?
Regarding #2, I also can't recreate. Could you send me the SVG you're using? brian.munz@qlik.com
In the december 2014 version (08.12.2014) an irritating hoverbox error occurs. Whenever you make a selection which results in deactivated areas, the hoverbox on the deactivated areas still shows the values of the previous selection, which is quite confusing for the end-users.
hint: When you press F5, the update corrects the issue.
another hint: After the limiting selection, the resulting deactivated area is shown greyed. After pressing F5 it is shown white.
