Send emails to the following recipients when the RSVP form as been submitted:

matt
erin
the person who filled out the form

Done using Zapier.

Here's what the email currently looks like:

New wedding RSVP 🎉

Party size: 3

Guests:
Bemy Tenderoni, R Oni, Rice Aroni

Dietary concerns:
Please no wack ass food!

Other comments:
Looking forward to the solstice!

Looks like it will be possible to send the email to the form user as well, which means we'll have to include a field for their email address.
