Transfer Pokemon v2.0.0.0 Beta 5 #1104

I want the program to transfer all duplicate Pokemons and want him to only keep 1 pokemon of each type (one charmander one pidgey and so on) but for some reason when i activate the transfer duplicate setting it just doesnt transfer any pokemons at all here is a picture of the settings please help. unbenannt

This is exactly the option that I am trying to set up too. Ultimately, I would love to have a single option, or understand how to set the various options that are there so that it keeps the strongest IV of every single Pokemon (even if the best IV for that specific Pokemon is 43%) except for the Pokemon selected via that "Exclude Transfer" list (since I choose Caterpie, Butterfree, and Pidgey so I can mass Evolve them for XP bombs).

The transfer tab is an absolute nightmare. Because of the "Transfer Duplicate Pokemon", it transferred my Kangaskhan 99 IV and Pinsir 100 IV. Zzz It left me a 94 IV Kangaskhan instead. I am hopping mad right now. The old rocket bot with a much simpler interface was better in this respects.
