Add "Stop Bot" button and Use Permanent Incubator only #1129

Can you please add "Stop Bot" button (so that we don't have to restart the app everytime we have to tweak some settings, saving new settings restarts the app anyway) and also an option to use Permanent Incubator only?

Basically, reload the settings without restarting the bot?

But the settings button is inactive once I start the bot (idk if its just for me). I have to go all the way to config file to change the settings.

Please allow access to the settings. Restarting the App each time just to access the settings and then restarting again to apply the settings is taking forever. Especially when trying to fine tune the app to my personal taste.
