cant catch pokemon, why ? BETA 6 v2 #1140

Hi everybody I have problem, cant catch pokemon .... BETA 6 v2

Today updated pokemon go 4.1 android so, this affects the application?

alway drop this error example: "07:50:05 (CatchFlee) | (Normal) NidoranMale Lvl: 20 CP: (419/481) IV: 47.00% | Chance: 33.48% | 68.57m dist | with a PokeBall (11 left). | lat: 40.768910 long: -73.978366"

Same thing is happening with me as well. CatchFlee! :(

its called a catch flee ban

is there a fix for this? or better setting to avoid catch flee?
