[Suggestion] Add option to randomize pokeball throwing hit rate #1147

This make the bot more human like (100% hit is not a human, right?) And most importantly, this could avoid 'Flee ban', I guess.

Use the config file. You can't make the bot miss, but you can randomize everything else. The only time I miss is if they jump or attack, doubt anyone looking at the data server side could tell.
