Rocketbot force unban!? #1151

Hello, I play the new Rocketbot (newest version) its pretty good! But where is the forced unban for softbans? pls fix it for a better Rocketbot!

Maby look for this line in your config file: "FastSoftBanBypass": false, Respect!
