Force unbane doesn't work anymore #1178

Hi all, Starting from yesterday force unbane isn't working anymore, it keeps telling you: [13:21:13 ] Pokestop error on attempt 1: OutOfRange 50 times then changes the pokestop and display the message again. the only way now to get unbanned is to wait few hours then retry. Please check that issue and let us now if there is any fix

If Niantic change rule in server side, it hard to fix it.
