there is no point, current logic goes to a pokestop hits pokestop and then looks if any pokemon in range of catching. you wouldnt be changing anything other than not getting pokeballs and the xp with it.
not sure why you would want this
There's a particular area in Sacramento, California with hundreds of Dratini, but only ~3-5 Pokestops, so the bot doesn't catch any, gives up, and restarts repeatedly.

yes it's hard to carch pokemon at location which dont have poke stop, it keep reset location again and again i saw some bots with can switch to catch only mode
Is there an option to ignore Pokestops and just farm Pokemon?
