Need snipe form #542

Open markhicken opened 8 years ago

markhicken commented 8 years ago

Form with the following fields...

Pokemon to snipe: Latitude, Longitude:

Jump to that location, begin battle, then jump back to where we were, complete the battle and continue botting.

sxphirus commented 8 years ago

wont these jumps get you soft banned?

markhicken commented 8 years ago

Other bots are doing this. If you jump to a new location, enter a battle and then jump back to where you were previously before actually catching the Pokemon, it tracks the catch in your starting location, so no soft ban.

just seems like you are going to get banned chances are they are logging everyone using bots and will ban wave later

markhicken commented 8 years ago

Perhaps but just because the form is available doesn't mean you have to use it. I think a lot of people would use it.

I agree with the author... sometimes I monitor the area where the bot is with pokevision. I see a snorlax or whatever but the bot don't seem able to catch it (even if I put the exact location) So yeah... this feature is needed! (to finish up the pokedex at least)
