Add storybook workflow #157

I noticed that the storybook is a bit out of date in #156.

This workflow automates storybook updates.

I think this would be useful to always show off the current state of things!

Thanks also for the GH action PR for storybook. There is another broken story I need to fix, but that is a good incentive to fix them both finally, as also new stories are missing :)
