Restore README #191

I duplicated the README so there is something in the root.

Probably for NPM purposes, the package.json repo URL be updated to point to /packages/react-babylonjs. But I'd say save this until the v4 namespace upgrade.

thanks again @benallfree - there are some links broken (like to API docs, etc) 😄 , but I want to remove them from github anyway and have everything point to the new gatsby site that will be on the github.io pages! will start on that tonight. cheers.
