If available, would make life of SQLite and EF Core Power Tools users much better.

[ ] Increase version numbers in manifest and assembly info
[ ] Upload to VSIX Gallery on completed build

(I use this PS script from Mads Kristensen with AppVeyor)

Before build:

(new-object Net.WebClient).DownloadString("https://raw.github.com/madskristensen/ExtensionScripts/master/AppVeyor/vsix.ps1") | iex
Vsix-IncrementVsixVersion | Vsix-UpdateBuildVersion

After completed build:

Vsix-PushArtifacts | Vsix-PublishToGallery

Hmm... Did it work? It said it did. We'll see if it shows up.

I have added support for this DDEX provider in the latest daily build of EF Core Power Tools!
