WIP: Simple EQ mode #109

This PR adds an option for EQ type mount and adjusts the locate directions to indicate delta to target in RA/DEC rather than ALT/AZ.

This does not adjust the position estimated generated by the IMU for an EQ frame.

Needs some amount of testing on an EQ mount
