Add Travis CI to QA plugin #108

There is a wonderful tool https://github.com/moodlerooms/moodle-plugin-ci/blob/master/.travis.dist.yml that can do various checks to QA the plugin.

At this point only code style checks are failing.

@marxjohnson thank you, next step would be to add the badge https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/status-images/ to readme so other people can see what is the build status and if there any help needed
