Fix js error of undefined $ prevending to show ui. #149

When I installed mod_board on the current 4.5dev+ (Build: 20240920) the UI of the board does not show up. This is because of the undefined $ in the jquery edit plugin.

Please merge this pull request, as it solves the problem that the board plugin is currently not usable in Moodle 4.5.
