Release of Bricolage 6.0 #177

When would you plan to release Bricolage 6.0?

We use Bricolage. We are planning to upgrade the Ruby version for projects using Bricolage, but the latest release version, 5.24.2, is already EOL for the supported Ruby version (2.7), which prevents us from upgrading Ruby.

We are using 6.0.0 Beta 7 in our development environment and it seems to work fine.

There is a Pull Request for Bricolage 6.0.0 but it was created in 2019 and does not appear to be up to date. https://github.com/bricolages/bricolage/pull/119
