cleaned up some files and reorganized

1. deleted old react icon
2. created a file to act as the "source of truth" for emotion names and file paths
3. delete rando spaces, unneeded comments and some leftover console.logs
4. separated containers from pages and put pages in their own folder
5. moved reducers to their own file
