Backport Batch.java to 2.3 #140

The /xrefsBatch/ only exists in master currently and neither in series/2.3 nor bridgedb2x. I am therefore also not sure why this is even working on webservice.bridgedb.org :/

The /xrefBatch/ resides on @nunogit's machine (I hope). I spoke with Jonathan who wrote the code, and he said he handed it over to Nuno.

So, Jonathan told me this code is the basis of the /xrefsBatch/ but the routing does not work out yet. Maybe tweaks reside on @nunogit's laptop?

The patch from May using the route /batch/{Organism]/xrefs/ is backported now, but still needs updating for the correct route, AFAICS

The route has been matched and tests so far shown that the behavior is the same. It remains to be tested with Cytoscape (planned).
