There is some confusion... there are two interpretations of this field in the datasources.txt...
One is that this is used for PathVisio to say if it should show up...
The second is that it reflects if the database is the creator of the matching identifiers... for example, HMDB00xxxxx has the HMDB as primary ("1") and NugoWiki as secondary ("0")... the latter also used (it no longer exists) the HMDB identifiers, but did not create them.
This needs to be resolved first. For now, I go with the first interpretation, and then it needs to be primary, as PubChem SIDs are minted by PubChem.
