Does not compile with (Open)JDK 11 #79

... which no longer has JAXB. That is available from Maven Central, but it is unclear what version to use at this moment.

@egonw Earlier it used to fail at the 'BridgeDb Webserver Core', I made some changes in the POM.xml file and it successfully compiled with Java-11-Oracle. Command Used (linux): mvn clean verify install
