Add missing bioregistry links #30

This PR does the following:

  1. Adds several additional Bioregistry prefixes following more curation in the Bioregistry itself
  2. Adds a missing URI format string for IRGSP Gene
  3. Adds code linting with black
  4. Leads to a discussion about the remaining four unmapped records in #29

@egonw this one just adds more bioregistry prefixes and isn't so controversial to review
