Fix three examples #31

Related to #29 - this PR makes the following changes:

  1. ATMG01360-TAIR-G is automatically redirected to ATMG01360 by the ensembl app on the gramene.org, so the example and pattern are updated to remove the redundant information at the end by deleting -TAIR-G.
  2. Replaced the broken example osa-MIR171a for Gramene Rice (EnOj) with a working example Os05g0113900 (see http://www.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Gene/Summary?g=Os05g0113900)
  3. Replace the broken example LOC_Os04g54800 for Rice Ensembl Gene (Os) with a working example Os05g0113900 (see http://www.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Gene/Summary?g=Os05g0113900)

Note that these updates make it obvious that Gramene Rice (EnOj) and Rice Ensembl Gene (Os) are duplicate records. This PR doesn't make any actions on this.

Not sure what happened here... why not merge the PR? Was this again some confusion on how to use GitHub to make the merge? Could I have done something differently to make this work better?
