Add how to start the simulation without gamepad, and fix the issue of timedelay_launch.sh.

The line endings in the timedelay_launch.sh file are \r\n instead of the Linux standard \n. Has this file been edited on Windows? timedelay_launch.sh 的换行符为\r\n,而不是linux的\n。这个文件在windows上被编辑过?
