Integrate the "teaching kids" heroku Jekyll site into the main site #57

The strategy here is that all of the posts from the teachingkids site should be included in the blog posts for the main site, however they are:

  1. Under the category 'kids', and
  2. Do not have the "ready" tag on them

Therefore they don't show up under the regular blog posts, but rather under a separate category. I have also provided an index page for the kids category that looks just like the index page for blog posts in general.

These changes are previewable on my gh-pages branch, thanks to the work done in #56
