Adding safe-global dir #4

Had to add this to make a new mirror work ( live at https://github.com/kaidokert/fsfw )

Otherwise an error would pop:

fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/github/workspace'

Awesome, thanks @amadigan for the quick merge. There might be a need for a new tag to be sure to update the Github Actions properly though.
