currently still need to:

• text file detailing the model assumptions and methodology
• document the code for every function
• wrap into a package /dockerize
• running additional tests for speeding up run-time (might not be needed, @cameronkruse needs discussion on the user interaction).
• add in validation test results as notebook,

Thanks for the comments here Zia. I was actually going to restructure this board to make these tickets "epics", allowing us to link smaller tasks as makes sense.
