Feed sniffer #484

Add a feed sniffer capable of detecting feeds in flight, which is both more reliable (solves the XSLT rewriting problem) and faster.

Fixes #482. Fixes #462. Fixes #465.

And then I found there's a live standard for this. Need to consider switching to the criteria it specifies.

This feature (specifically, trying to install a filter after redirect) breaks redirects in Firefox versions 72 (after bug 1590898 landed) up to 77 (fixed by bug 1597159).

I'm going to merge this to facilitate alpha testing (including by myself). Let's hope it does not break Firefox yet again.
