Feed problem reported in support thread #531

As of Feb 2024 brief seems to be broken. For some feeds I get dozens of repeats of the same feed. Marking as read or deleting doesn’t make them go away and they come back on refresh. Some persist for many days. It’s not a problem on Feedly, where they work OK, so I assume it’s a Brief problem. It’s not all feeds. Example feed that exhibits behavour

With Brief 2.7 and the current state of this feed I don't see any entries that wouldn't go away when marked read or deleted. The feed does indeed contain duplicate entries that differ in guid only, which seems to be intentional. I'm not sure how to deduplicate them in such cases.
