Can I use Popcorn for mixed linear model (MLM)-based GWAS? #35

Is Popcorn is applicable for mixed linear model (MLM)-based GWAS statistics? I am using GCTA with Asian family data and want to examine genetic correlation with European unrelated data. And I wonder we don't need any care when using statistics from generalized linear model.
