Hi Everyone, Thank you all for volunteering to find scientific articles and other resources for us. In terms of sources you should be looking into for information:

  1. Always check WHO (World Health Organization) and the CDC first
  2. Check google scholar, pubmed, other databases
  3. news articles can be acceptable but if they are referencing a published paper- find and link to published paper

We would appreciate having the following information: the parameters median and mean values and the link to the article or resource.

Note: this week there is a big focus on information on days spent in the hospital. If you are able to find information this week (5/3- 5/8) on days spent in the hospital for covid patients that would be great. Thank you!

Hi @srskol, we found some data on hospitalizations: https://data.chhs.ca.gov/dataset/california-covid-19-hospital-data-and-case-statistics/resource/6cd8d424-dfaa-4bdd-9410-a3d656e1176e (contains stats on ICU patients)

Hi! Interesting resource you found! However, it contains count data (number of cases, number of people in ICU). I am looking more for the average/median number of days a covid patient spends in the hospital and in the ICU.

So if you could focus on time/days spent in hospital or ICU that would be great! Thank you !
