This PR just reorders some existing quickstart content so it flows a bit more smoothly. (See #1781 for further qualification.)
Also, with some sections already moving around, thus impacting the tree, I did change some of those links and their corresponding section headings to keep them in a more consistent voice. It was, for instance, strange to have some section headings use imperative language like "Install Brigade," while others did not, e.g. "Trying It Out."
