Use API for reference data #9

LDBSVWS reference service has methods GetReasonCode and GetReasonCodeList http://openldbsv.nationalrail.co.uk/ This should be used to update the reference data, currently obtained manually as a .csv file separately for station codes and late/cancellation reasons.
