Make release of bcSwipe #160

Currently bcSwipe is added as a dependency from Github.

This means any old commit could be picked up at the time of installing yarn dependencies.

A release should be made prior to launch, perhaps even to the npm registry?

Note: I don't think description is accurate. package.lock states a git commit hash in it, so it should at least be repeatable. However it would be good practice to fix this anyway.
