returns wrong browser width when using OwlCarousel #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using IE8 and css3-mediaqueries
2. Owl Carousel gets wrong browser width from css3-mediaqueries
3. This does not happen on mozilla, chrome etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A full-width carousel. Instead, Owl Carousel shows up full-width but cells do 
not display correctly. This only happens on IE8.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows7 - tested on chrome-mozilla and lte IE8 for compatibility

Please provide any additional information below.
Author of Owl Carousel checked the problem and said that css3-mediaqueries.js 
was returning wrong browser width on load.

Back from the dead... There is a new version of the script. It has some CSS 
parsing and processing improvements. If you're still using it, or would like to 
try again, could you confirm that this issue is solved or not?
