feat: Replace existing demo pages with one page allowing many configurations. #34

This adds a comprehensive demo page for the library, allowing prospective users to try out virtually any configuration of the Player Loader.

I don't think having a base URL option here makes a ton of sense. It now has the "Player URL" field, which is a lot more useful for people who may have moved their player off our CDN.
