So yeah, does this setup support 4K 60FPS on the HDMI port?

In config.plist remove these highlighted lines. DVMT in bios must be set to 64 or 128, if you do not have these settings in bios you must modify the bios with RU.efi

remove this line framebuffer-fbmem and framebuffer-stolenmem ,test by putting the EFI in a USB, it may boot with a black screen. Sorry for the previous message
