📝 Description

Creating an .npmrc configuration with the correct token to publish to Github Packages.

Issue: Url to Github Issue

📋 List of Changes

Create a .npmrc file in each repo prior to publishing
Update the registry url config in package.json
Update package.json in example-node-simple-server to trigger a release

🧪 Steps to Test

Commit to main
check GH action output for successful npm publish
check GH Package registry
