better handling of missing migrations #117

better handling of missing migrations: try adding them. only throw error if that didn't work either.

Sorry, too slow ;) Done already in 7dfbb6fd1403c7c92a26a4f2758658a2af6072fe, I am not comfortable creating migrations automatically (I think development should go in the opposite direction actually).
