One version to support both ecoinvent 3.8/3.9? #149

Are there currently plans to create a version of bw2io that will support both ecoinvent 3.8 and 3.9 (for BW2 specifically)? On the AB side, we're getting a lot of questions and spending quite some support time to explain/manage this for end-users.

If there's no plans, any guidance on how to improve communication to end-users on this would be highly appreciated!

Hi @marc-vdm . As you might see in some e-mails from this week (March 22 2023) we're only starting to organize this feature.
