Dear Chris,

thanks alot for the efforts invested in Brightway. I am currently trying to set it up for an analysis of Ecoinvent2 and wanted to follow your descriptions for importing Ecoinvent, but I got stuck at trying to set the 'projects.current' . It throws the error you see in the attached image. I use Anaconda Python on Windows 7 and also have set the data directory using a 'brightway2path.txt' variable in my home directory.

Thanks and best regards, Nikolaj

Hi Nikolaj-

Using brightway2path.txt is not supported for quite some time, and probably doesn't do anything. Maybe you are using an old version of the docs? If you follow https://docs.brightwaylca.org/, and in particular https://docs.brightwaylca.org/installation.html#windows, then you should be running Python 3.5 (you are showing 2.7 in your image), and shouldn't have any import errors.

It appears that this is a configuration problem on a specific computer, not a problem with BW2 or the installation package as a whole.
