[x] Add emissions (except for emissions from background)
[x] Add production exchanges
[x] Add products for production exchanges
[ ] Make sure documentation exists for the conversions
[ ] Add tests for conversions
[ ] Add dummy waste treatment processes if not otherwise provided

@cmutel can we test some of this from main at the moment or do we absolutely need a PR from you for everything? I imagine we could already start testing the Convert class, but I want to be sure I'm not missing something.
