Rain Check option #139

A few of the sensors are * Checked and the description says "Only if Rain Check enabled and in the US". What does this refer to? I looked through the tempest weather settings and did not see anything.

It is called NC Rain (Nearcast Rain) and you can read more about it here Since I wrote the docs it has expanded the area a bit to now cover:

continental United States
southern parts of Canada
UK and Ireland
