Add Genres and Omroepen to the uitzeninggemist.nl channel. #388

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system? 11.00

Please describe your requested features and provide as much information as
possible:

I would like some categories added to uitzendinggemist.nl.  Ik like selecting a 
genre when I feel like watching a movie for instance.  Also sometimes it's 
easier to find a show if you can look at a omroep instead of just by alphabet.

Also do you accept Bitcoin as a donation option?

Awesome.  I took a brief look at it the genres hierarchy is /genres/drama/<show 
name>/episode.  For omroepen it is /omroepen/bnn/<show name>/episode

It looks like there is some regex goodness that is needed.

But I am convinced that people will use it when created.

Love the plugin btw.  Watching uitzendinggemist in XBMC beats watching in the 
browser any day.  XOT-UZG is a plugin I rely on to watch my Dutch TV from the 
US.
